stlātārĭus ( stlatt- ), a, um, adj. [stlata], of or belonging to a ship (very rare), Enn. ap. Schol. Juv. 7, 134 (Ann. v. 469 Vahl.). — Poet., transf.; stlataria purpura, brought by ship, i. e. costly, Juv. 7, 134 Schol. (al. deceitful, cf. Mayor ad Juv. l. l.).
